Returns & Refunds

We would rather fix a problem than argue about it. If the kit is not what you hoped for, you have 30 days from delivery to tell us, and the return never costs you anything.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

Write to info@artistrybynumbers.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a line about what went wrong. No form to fill in. No photo required unless we ask for one.

Standard kits

If the kit is unused and still in its packaging, we email you a prepaid return label. Once it reaches us we refund the full amount, original shipping included, to the card you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Already started painting and changed your mind? Write to us anyway. Those go case by case and we usually find something.

Custom kits made from your photo

A canvas printed from your photo cannot go back on a shelf, so we do not ask you to ship it back. If the colours came out wrong, the outlines are unusable, or the print arrived damaged, send a photo of what you received and we reprint it at our cost. If you would rather have the money, we refund it instead. Same 30-day window, same free process.

Damaged or lost in transit

Same rule as everything else. We replace it or we refund it, and you never pay return shipping.

What we cannot take back

Gift cards and digital downloads.

Exchanges

Ask in the same email. Subject to stock: if the size you want is out, we refund rather than leave you waiting.
