At Artistry By Numbers, we are delighted to offer FREE SHIPPING on every order to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand, with no minimum. For all other countries we deliver to, shipping is free on orders from $69 USD (or the local equivalent) and costs $7.95 USD below that.

1. Shipping Rates

1.1. Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to every order shipped to the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia and New Zealand, no minimum purchase required.
1.2. Other countries we deliver to: free standard shipping on orders of $69 USD or more (or the local equivalent), and a flat $7.95 USD below that. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

2. Processing Times

2.1. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
2.2. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Times

3.1. Estimated delivery times for standard shipping

7-15 business days, in every country we deliver to.

3.2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, or unexpected delays.

4. Order Tracking

4.1. All orders include tracking information at no additional cost.
4.2. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

5. Customs and Duties

5.1. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes based on your country’s regulations.
5.2. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Artistry By Numbers.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

6.1. If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
6.2. Provide photos of the damage or missing items to help us resolve the issue promptly.
