Questions people ask before Black Friday
When does the Black Friday sale start and end?
It runs from November 27, 2026 through Cyber Monday, November 30, 2026. This page stays at the same address every year, so you can bookmark it and come back.
Do I need a discount code?
No. Both deals apply by themselves at checkout. If you have a code from a newsletter or a giveaway, the checkout keeps whichever discount is larger.
Can I combine the free kit with the 15% off?
No. One discount per order. With two standard kits the free kit is always worth more than 15%, so that's the one you get.
Which kits count toward the free one?
Standard paint by numbers kits across the site, including every kit on this page. Custom kits made from your own photo, brushes, easels and gift cards are not included.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Standard delivery takes 7 to 15 business days after 1 to 3 business days of processing. For US orders our Christmas cutoff is November 29, the same date as the banner on the site. Delivery times are estimates, so an order placed after that date may arrive after Christmas.
What's in the box?
A pre-printed numbered canvas, numbered acrylic paint pots (24, 36 or 48 depending on the detail level you pick), a brush set in several sizes, an instruction sheet and a reference image. Choose canvas only or a DIY frame kit.
Can I return a kit bought on sale?
Yes. Unopened kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery, sale or not. See the refund policy for the details.
