1.1. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including the purchase of our products.
1.2. By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent to use our services.
2. Ordering and Payment
2.1. Prices on our website are set in USD and may be displayed in your local currency. Any applicable taxes are added and shown at checkout.
2.2. Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods.
2.3. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this, please contact us immediately.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1. Shipping is free to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia and New Zealand. Other countries we deliver to pay a flat 7.95 USD on orders under 69 USD, and nothing from 69 USD. The exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
3.2. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed due to potential delays beyond our control.
3.3. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1. You can return an unused kit or accessory that is still in its packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email info@artistrybynumbers.com and we send you a prepaid return label.
4.2. Once the return reaches us, we refund the full amount, original shipping included, to your original payment method. Our Refund Policy has the details.
4.3. Custom kits made from your photo cannot be resold, so they are not returned. If one is misprinted or has unusable outlines, we reprint it at our cost or refund it, within 30 days of delivery. If it arrives damaged in transit, report it within 7 days of delivery. The likeness guarantee in our Refund Policy applies to custom kits whose photo passed the photo check.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All content on our website, including images, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of Artistry By Numbers and is protected by copyright laws.
5.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.
6. Product Usage
6.1. Our kits and accessories are intended for personal use only and not for resale or commercial purposes.
6.2. Please handle paints and materials with care. Keep out of reach of small children and pets.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Artistry By Numbers is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
7.2. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for your order.

8.1. Your personal information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications to Terms

10.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, where OmniLearnConsultingCommerce LLC is registered. Any dispute will be resolved by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
10.2. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in this section takes away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country or state where you live, including your right to bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
